The Department of Mathematics is committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and research in the mathematical sciences. Pure Mathematics: Algebra, analysis, topology, geometry, number theory, and mathematical logic.
Applied Mathematics: Mathematical modeling, fluid dynamics, operations research, optimization, and mathematical physics.
Computational Mathematics: Numerical analysis, algorithms, simulations, and scientific computing.
Statistics & Data Science: Probability theory, statistical inference, and applications in health, finance, and technology.

Established in 2020, the Faculty of Science has grown from a small department to a comprehensive faculty with twelve departments. Over the years, we have maintained a tradition of excellence in teaching and research, producing graduates who have made significant contributions to scientific knowledge and technological advancement both nationally and internationally.
