EXTENSION OF 2025/2026 POST-UTME / DE SCREENING EXERCISE

Registration Extended Until

Thursday, 30th October 2025

Following the approval of the National Universities Commission (NUC) to commence Bachelor of Human Anatomy and Human Physiology programmes in the Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo (FUHSO), the University Management has extended the 2025/2026 Post-UTME/DE registration to close on Thursday, 30th October 2025.

This opportunity is targeted at candidates who applied for admission into FUHSO for the 2025/2026 academic session as their first choice but are yet to be admitted. Such candidates are requested to register and change to the available programmes as follows:

Eligibility Requirements

  • UTME candidates must score a minimum of 160 in UTME and meet the cut-off for their chosen programmes.
  • Must have at least five (5) credits including English and Mathematics in O'Level (maximum of two sittings).
  • All candidates must upload their O'Level results on the JAMB portal.
  • Direct Entry (DE) candidates must possess IJMB or First Degree with the required O'Level subjects.
  • FUHSO accepts HND, NCE & OND in relevant programmes for B.Sc. Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Biostatistics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science & Microbiology.
  • All DE candidates must upload and verify their A-level results on the JAMB Portal.
  • All candidates must be 16 years and above by 30th September 2025.
  • UTME subject combinations must align with course requirements.
  • Candidates wishing to change courses must do so on the JAMB portal.
  • Candidates with awaiting results should not register for the Post-UTME.

Procedure for Registration

Step 1: Payment

Pay ₦2,000 (Two Thousand Naira) only through Remita in favour of Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (Service/Purpose: Student Charges).

Step 2: Email Evidence

Forward evidence of payment to: screeningfuhso@gmail.com

Step 3: Registration Link

A registration link will be sent to your email.

Step 4: Complete Registration

Fill the online registration form, attach credentials and proof of payment. Verify and click Submit to complete registration.

Note: Candidates who do not meet the listed criteria are not eligible to apply for admission.
