ELIGIBILITY

• Candidates must have chosen Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) as first choice University.
• Candidate must have passed a minimum of five (5) O’level relevant subjects, at credit level, in not more than two (2) sittings, including English and Mathematics.
• UTME candidates must have obtained the minimum admissible JAMB score for admission into the various undergraduate programmes.

• iv. Direct Entry candidates must be holders of First Degree/ HND/NCE/ND/IJMB/A ‘level result in relevant disciplines and subjects with a minimum of lower credit/merit or its equivalent.
• v. Candidates who wish to switch to this University should effect the change on the JAMB portal and select Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo as university of first choice. Such candidate should select the desired programme for which he/she has the requisite UTME subject combinations and relevant O’Level results.

HOW TO APPLY

Eligible candidates are requested to visit the University website on www.fuhso.edu.ng and click on 2026/2027 Post UTME/DE Screening. Candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions on registration procedure available on the University website before commencing the registration. Applicants are to fill their relevant information and pay the sum of two-thousand-naira (N2,000.00) only as screening fees through the same portal.
