• Using the generated RRR Number, proceed to pay for your student charges (Acceptance Fee or School Fee) either with your DEBIT card, a commercial bank branch or internet banking platform.
• Print your payment receipt to upload and to present to the Bursary department.

• YOU MUST HAVE PAID YOUR STUDENTS CHARGES {with RRR different from RRR generated and used for paying Acceptance charges} and PRINTED YOUR ADMISSION LETTER FROM JAMB CAPs TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION SUCCESSFULLY.
• YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A SCANED COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT, PAYMENT, O’ LEVEL RESULTs and YOUR JAMB ADMISSION LETTER.
• YOU MUST NOT CHANGE OR ALTER ANY FILLED/INFORMATION SUPPLIED FROM THAT OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE FORM. [IT WILL AMOUNT TO A CRIME]

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

• Go to: www.fuhso.edu.ng
• Click on: Student portal
• On the main page [Sign into your Account with the details sent to your email]
• Enter the details sent to your Email
• Enter: Email
• Enter: password
• Click on: LOGIN button
• Click on choose file to upload your PASSPORT
• Fill the REMAINING details with your correct data
• Click on chose file to upload your O’Level first sitting
• Click on choose file to upload your O’Level second sitting [If applicable]
• Click on choose file to upload your JAMB ADMISSION letter
• Click on choose file to upload your proof of school fees charges
• Click on next to access Declaration
• Check the box □ to agree with the terms and conditions
• Click on FINISH button to complete your Bio Data
• Click on PRINT to either print your student Photo Card or to save.

• AFTER PAYING YOUR ACCPTANCE FEE CHARGES THROUGH REMITA and PRINTED YOUR ADMISSION LETTER FROM JAMB CAPs
• YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A SCANED COPY OF YOUR ENDORSED PARENT/GUIDANCE CONSENT FORM

ACCEPTANCE FORM GUIDE

• Go to: www.fuhso.edu.ng
• Click on: Student portal
• On top left hand corner Click on Fill Acceptance Form
• Enter your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER
• Enter your SURNAME
• Enter your FIRST NAME
• Click on Submit button
• Fill the form with correct details
• Click on Next to fill your Academic information
• Click on Next to upload proof of payment
• Click on chose file to upload your receipt/proof of payment of your acceptance charges
• Click on choose file to upload your Parent/Guidance consent form
• Click on the box □ to agree to the terms and condition
• Click on Finish to submit your acceptance/clearance entries
• YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL WHEN CLEARED CONTAINING YOUR LOGIN DETAILS FOR REGISTRATION
• Proceeds to REGISTER after getting your LOGIN details and PAYMENT of your School/Student Fees.
