PROCEDURE FOR THE FILLING OF 2024/2025 UTME/DE ONLINE SCREENING FORM

• Payment of non-refundable screening Charges of two thousand naira (₦2,000.00) to FUHSO through remita through www.remita.net
• Visit www.fuhso.edu.ng to fill the POST UTME/DE FORM on top right-hand corner attaching all requested credentials and a working email address.
• After submitting the FORM, a link for the Virtual screening will be sent to your email to meet with the screening panel (NOTE. Check your INBOX or SPAM for the link)
• The link sent to your email will specify the DATE and TIME allocated to you for the screening.

NOTE

1. Make sure the CAMERA on your LAPTOP or PHONE is working properly
2. Take note of the available alternative Courses for those interested in any of the ALTERNATIVE COURSES
