REGISTRATION OF NEWLY ADMITTED STUDENTS INTO THE FEDERAL UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, OTUKPO, with 2022 JAMB RESULT FOR 2022/2023 ACADEMIC SESSION

This is to inform PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS with 2022 JAMB RESULT that the registration of new students for 2022/2023 Academic session will commence as follows:

Commencement of registration: 1st to 30th June, 2023

Late registration:                              3rd to 14th July, 2023

Come into residence:                        10th July, 2023

Orientation:                                        11th to 15th July, 2023

Commencement of first semester lectures:                              17th July, 2023

Matriculation activities:                    24th to 29th July,2023

REGISTRATION STEPS AND PROCEDURES

STEP 1: PAYMENT OF ACCEPTANCE FEE (₦20,000.00) AND FILLING OF ACCEPTANCE FORM ONLINE

STEP2: PAYMENT OF SCHOOL/STUDENTS CHARGES AND ONLINE REGISTRATION

STEP 1

• AFTER PAYING YOUR ACCPTANCE FEE CHARGES THROUGH REMITA and PRINTED YOUR ADMISSION LETTER FROM JAMB CAPs (CHECK HOW TO PAY FUHSO THROUGH REMITA)
• YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A SCANED COPY OF YOUR ENDORSED PARENT/GUIDANCE CONSENT FORM

ACCEPTANCE FORM PROCEDURES

• Go to: www.fuhso.edu.ng     
• Click on: Prospective Students (On Top right-hand corner)
• To fill ACCEPTANCE FORM (Create Account)
• Enter your JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER
• Enter your SURNAME
• Enter your FIRST NAME
• Click on Submit button
• Fill the form with your correct details
• Click on Next to fill your Academic information
• Click on Next to upload proof of payment
• Click on chose file to upload your receipt/proof of payment of your acceptance charges
• Click on choose file to upload your Parent/Guidance consent form
• Click on the box □ to agree to the terms and condition
• Click on Finish to submit your acceptance/clearance entries
• YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL WHEN CLEARED CONTAINING YOUR LOGIN DETAILS FOR REGISTRATION
• Proceeds to REGISTER after getting your LOGIN details and PAYMENT of Other School/Student Charges.

STEP 2

• YOU MUST HAVE PAID YOUR SCHOOL/STUDENTS CHARGES and PRINTED YOUR ADMISSION LETTER FROM JAMB CAPs TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE TOUR REGISTRATION SUCCESSFULLY.
• YOU MUST ALSO HAVE YOUR SCANED COPY OF YOUR PASSPORT, PAYMENT, O’ LEVEL RESULTs and YOUR JAMB ADMISSION LETTER.
• YOU MUST NOT CHANGE OR ALTER ANY FILLED/INFORMATION ALREADY POPULATED FROM YOUR ACCEPTANCE FORM. [IT WILL AMOUNT TO A CRIME]

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

• Go to: portal.fuhso.edu.ng    
• With the details sent to your email (After filling of ACCEPTANCE FORM)
• On the main page [Sign into your Account]
• Enter your details sent to your Email
• Enter: your Email
• Enter: your password (As sent to your email)
• Click on: LOGIN button
• Click on choose file to upload your PASSPORT
• Fill the REMAINING details with your correct data
• Click on chose file to upload your O’Level first sitting
• Click on choose file to upload your O’Level second sitting [If applicable]
• Click on choose file to upload your JAMB ADMISSION letter
• Click on choose file to upload your proof of school/Students charges
• Click on next to access Declaration
• Check the box □ to agree with the terms and conditions
• Click on FINISH button to complete your Bio Data
• Click on PRINT to either print your student Photo Card or to save.

 

HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT TO FUHSO THROUGH REMITA

PAYMENTS PROCEDURES THROUGH REMITA

• Go to: www.remita.net         
• Click on: FGN- Federal Government of Nigeria
• Next page: Fill the necessary information as shown below:
• Who do you want to pay? Federal University of Health Sciences Otukpo
• Name of Service / Purpose: Select Student Charges
• Description: e.g. ACCEPTANCE FEE or School/Students Charges
• Amount to Pay:
• Payer’s Name:
• Phone Number:
• Email address:
• Check the box: □ I am not a robot
• Click submit
• Using the generated RRR Number, proceed to pay for your student charges (POST UTME SCREENING FEE) either with your DEBIT card, a commercial bank branch or internet banking platform.
• Print your payment receipt to upload and to present to the Bursary department.
